My trip with Bushbalm was AMAZING! I learned so many new things, got to dive deeper into their products, and even got a sneak peek at some of the new goodies they have planned for 2027! 👀

The first one dropping is the **Sugar Cookie Aftercare Duo, launching October 12th!** 🍪 This deliciously festive duo will be available throughout the holiday season, but it's LIMITED EDITION! **🍯 Switching Things Up: Hybrid Waxing**

You may start noticing me doing things a little differently during your Brazilian appointments! I'm looking to incorporate more **hybrid waxing**, which means combining hard wax and soft wax techniques in the same service.

Different areas and different hair types can benefit from different techniques, so this gives me another tool in my arsenal to customize your wax and get the best results possible. Don't worry, you're in good hands! I'm always learning and looking for ways to make your appointments even better.

**🚨 Let's Talk About My Cancellation Policy**

I know nobody *plans* to cancel an appointment, but life happens. However, I need everyone to understand that my cancellation policy is important, and I need to start enforcing it consistently.

When you book with me, that time is reserved exclusively for YOU. As a solo business owner, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect my income and my ability to serve other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Here's how it works:

**🖤 Booking Deposit**
A 20% deposit is required when booking online to secure your appointment. This holds your spot on my schedule.

**🖤 The 24-Hour Rule**
Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem! I just ask that you give me at least **24 hours' notice**. You can cancel or reschedule through your text reminders or by contacting me directly.

Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a **20% late cancellation fee**, which will be added to your next appointment. Yes, this includes rescheduling to a later time on the SAME DAY. Moving your appointment doesn't change the fact that the original time was reserved for you.

If you don't have another appointment scheduled, the 20% fee will be charged to the card on file. If that payment is declined, an invoice must be paid before you can book again.

**🖤 Late Arrivals & No-Shows**
If you're more than 10 minutes late without contacting me, or you simply don't show up, you will be charged **100% of your scheduled services** to the card on file.

If the charge is declined, the outstanding balance will remain due, and payment may be retried. If the balance remains unpaid, you will be temporarily blocked from booking online. You'll need to contact me personally to settle the invoice before booking another appointment.

**🖤 A Little Understanding Goes Both Ways**

I completely understand that sickness, emergencies, and bad weather can happen to anyone, including ME! I'm human, too, and I know that sometimes things are genuinely out of our control.

I'm always willing to communicate and handle unexpected situations as reasonably as possible. I'm simply asking for the same respect for my time that I give to yours.

**The easiest way to avoid a fee? Give me at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.** It's better to cancel or reschedule ahead of time than to wait until the last minute.

I appreciate every single one of you who supports my little business. You're the reason I get to do what I love, continue my education, bring new products into the studio, and keep improving the services I offer.
