Inner Harmony Wellness Co

Sometimes you have to accept that your healing journey will offend some people—and keep healing anyway.

You deserve to grow beyond the version of yourself that stayed quiet, carried everything, and abandoned your own needs to keep everybody comfortable.

Healing asks you to look inward. Own your choices. Change the patterns you’ve participated in. Set boundaries. Learn to speak to yourself with the same compassion you give everyone else.

You don’t need anyone’s approval to heal. Not a damn soul’s.

And if you’re reading this thinking, “I want that, but I don’t know how to get there,” you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I’m now accepting new Empowered Renewal Coaching clients at Inner Harmony Wellness Center.

My approach brings together honest self-reflection, pattern recognition, boundary setting, mindfulness, breathwork, and practical steps toward change. We work on taking accountability without tearing yourself down, reconnecting with your needs, and making choices that support the life you want.

My learning comes from both formal training and lived experience. I’ve lived through depression and times when I felt suicidal. My journey toward feeling happy and abundant has taken support, honest inner work, and daily choices—and I honor how much courage it takes to begin.

You don’t have to show up happy. You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to have your life together. Just come as you are.

You’ll have space to be heard, supported, and encouraged as we find your next step together. Coaching supports personal growth alongside mental health care when needed.

I’m Tanya Corbett, The Harmony Alchemist, and I’d love to support you as you begin choosing yourself.

Book your Empowered Renewal Coaching session at www.innerharmonywellness.co. Your first step can be simply showing up.

What does a generational curse breaker look like?

It looks like someone who says, “This may be what I grew up around, but it doesn’t have to be what I keep living.”

Someone willing to recognize dysfunction, stop making excuses for harmful patterns, and take accountability for their own choices—even when everyone else isn’t ready to do the same.

I know this person because I AM this person. ❤️

One of my gifts is recognizing patterns. But my life began changing when I stopped only looking at everyone else and turned that honesty toward myself.

I had to ask WHY—and sit still long enough to hear the painful answers. I had to acknowledge what happened to me AND what I was responsible for. I gave every version of myself room to be seen, heard, and understood.

I grieved who I had been. I kept her lessons. And I began building boundaries from self-understanding and self-respect.

That work shapes my style of empowerment coaching at Inner Harmony Wellness Center.

My approach is compassionate, direct, and rooted in self-awareness and accountability. We look at the patterns keeping you stuck, the stories you tell yourself, and the choices you can make today. Together, we turn those insights into practical steps: clearer boundaries, honest communication, and decisions that reflect who you want to become.

You can honor what you’ve survived while learning a different way to live.

I’m welcoming new coaching clients. If you’re ready to look inward and begin choosing differently, message me “READY” to learn more and book your session. ❤️

I’ve struggled with my pricing because I wanted to be affordable for everyone. But on this journey, I’ve realized that trying to fit every budget leaves me doing the most for the least—burned out, stressed, and stretched too thin.

I choose quality over quantity. My prices reflect the time, care, energy, and skill I bring to every session.

At Inner Harmony Wellness Center, the price is the price. Hot towels on your feet and back, cupping, essential oils, premium oils, C*D oil, and hot stones are included when used in your session. You don’t pay extra for the tools I use to care for you.

The only extras I charge for are optional back, hand and foot, or face treatments.

Everything ain’t for everybody, and that’s okay. But if you’re looking for thoughtful, personalized care from a practitioner who pours into your experience, I invite you to book with me. 💜

Come experience the difference. Book your appointment at www.innerharmonywellness.co.
