Most athletes think performance starts in the weight room.
It doesn't.
Performance starts with how well your body can move.
Strength matters. Training matters. Reps matter.
But if the machine is tight and contracted, it can't do what it was designed to do.
You can keep adding horsepower, but if the brakes are on, you're never going to reach your potential.
That's why we don't just work with injured athletes; we work with athletes who want more.

In this video, I released one muscle and immediately his legs balanced out.
The goal isn't just to get out of pain, but to maximize what your body is capable of doing.
Because when the restrictions come off, performance goes up.

What if all those hours of practice are reinforcing the wrong movement pattern?
If you're tight anywhere, you're not repeating the same motion every time.
At the beginning of practice, your body moves one way. Halfway through, it moves differently. By the end, it moves differently again.
That's a problem.
The best athletes in the world aren't just strong. They're repeatable.
Whether you're throwing a baseball, swinging a bat, serving a tennis ball, or shooting a basketball, the goal is the same: the same movement, over and over again.
That only happens when your muscles can move through their full range of motion.
When restrictions are removed, your body can do what it was designed to do. Your mechanics improve. Your consistency improves. Your performance improves.
