Foxtail Calico 🦊🐈💕

My client had done black tips with box dye, so we decided to work it in for our favor. I had done a test strand prior and the box dye wasn’t budging. So instead I melted the other colors in with the black for a calico fox tail effect. It was very tedious, not gonna lie, but I’m obsessed with the outcome!

Finished out with a half up half down style to show off the color. 😻

Cute little vintage style Italian cut and set for my client here. The Italian cut was essentially the mid century version of a bixie cut- almost sitting at the length of a bob, but with the curls and shaping it definitely reads more pixie.
Our inspiration here was by the likes of Elizabeth Taylor, Joan Collins and Sophia Loren. 💋

I did bridal hair and makeup and styling for the groom as well in a truly unique elopement ceremony. ❤️ The wedding was at Sekrit Theater, which is such a beautiful space. I also love these photos of the couple at In & Out, perfectly aesthetic for those retro vibes. 💕

I don’t always share as many of my blonding services since my engagement usually isn’t as high on those posts, but it’s still something that I love to do and do quite often. It’s one thing I dread about social media, sometimes I feel like I can’t always paint the whole picture here.

I’ve been doing hair since before social media really kicked off, and in those days you kind of did a little bit of everything rather than specializing in only certain services. I guess I’ve never really changed from that.

I love a variety in my service list, and I feel like having that variety is what has kept me at it for this long! 💕
