WE got this!! Lock in on SELF!! Trust the process even on the hard days!!🤍🫶🏽
Not the strongest.
Not the fastest.
Not perfect.
But I’m IN THE ROOM. 💅🏽🔥
Building again—but this time with more knowledge, more confidence, and a whole lot more determination.
Realizing life doesn’t have to stop me.
I’m learning to show up anyway.
⏰30 minutes? It counts.
⚒️A little progress? It counts.
⚒️Starting again? It counts.
Because I’m not competing with anyone but the woman I used to be💯
🤍Soft enough to evolve.
🤍Strong enough to keep going.

⚒️Building again… but this time with more knowledge, more confidence, and more determination than I had the last time.
I know what it feels like to start over.
I know what it feels like to doubt myself.

Starting over doesn’t mean you failed.

I’m showing up when I don’t feel like it. I’m giving myself grace when life gets hard, and I’m reminding myself that progress is still progress.
I’m betting on myself — on the version of me who refuses to quit, who keeps going, and who knows that becoming HER is worth every uncomfortable step.

1 word SELF DISCIPLINE!!💯💯
So many of us lack self discipline because we seek immediate gratification, are easily distracted, and lazy!! The worst place to be in this journey is knowing how badly you want to reach a goal but you lack the self discipline necessary to get you there!!
This time I am committed to let discipline guide my steps when I am distracted!! Remembering that this fitness thing we on is a LIFESTYLE!!!
