Saha Float Spa offers an essence of humanity.

We are a space where you can experience your full consciousness, without distraction. A space where you can connect with other humans, who are like-minded and interested in the purity of conversation, without judgment - but with curiosity.

We accept that every single person is on their own journey, whether that be with grief, or their own healing journey, or just needing a space of quiet and alone time.

I can say with the upmost certainty, that nearly every single person that also works here, it’s a highly sensitive person and feels the exact same way as this video

My favorite thing in the entire world is the human mind. I cannot wait to start a shift and have all of the conversations with every single person who is willing to have a chat with me. I wanna know everything you wanna share.

But I gotta say that as an introvert, sometimes I also need a moment to just sit down and zone out after clocking out. But it is worth it for the floats. 😈

But literally… Regular sauna use will decrease your risk of cardiovascular disease by a whole lot. Not to mention it’ll help with your skin, your muscle relaxation, overall detoxification, and who else just needs a moment alone in a hot sauna? I know I do.

Because we are open from 9 AM to 8 PM almost every single day…. & a small business….things come up. Here is us, promising that any interruptions are far more considerate and thoughtful ❤️
