Introducing The Radiance Lymphatic Facial ✨
A new 75-minute experience at Radiance Esthetics, created around one of the most intentional forms of touch I’ve brought into the treatment room.
After completing my training in Brazilian Facial Lymphatic Drainage, I knew I didn’t want to simply add lymphatic massage as another step within a facial. I wanted to build an entire treatment around it - one where the lymphatic work could be the centerpiece, while still giving me the ability to care for what your skin needs that day.
And that is exactly what this facial has become.
Slow, rhythmic Brazilian lymphatic massage moves across the décolleté, neck and face, with intentional attention to the areas where we can hold tension and fluid. The movements are gentle, precise and unhurried, creating an experience designed to support lymphatic movement while leaving the complexion looking refreshed and revitalized.
While the massage takes center stage, your body is cocooned beneath a Red Light Therapy blanket, bringing in a full-body wellness element.
And because I wanted this experience to have its own sensory identity, I created details you won’t find in any other Radiance facial.
A custom aromatic blend accompanies the massage. A dedicated sound experience sets the rhythm of the room. Warmth gives way to cooling therapy with cryo globes. And at the end, a warm aromatic hand towel brings you back to the scent that carried you through the treatment.
But the skin is never an afterthought.
Following the lymphatic portion, I’ll assess what your complexion needs and select a customized method of exfoliation - from dermaplaning to enzyme or other appropriate resurfacing - followed by a treatment masque and finishing products chosen specifically for your skin.
It’s a different rhythm than anything else on my facial menu. Less about adding more. More about slowing everything down.

Every line on my shelves has a reason for being there. With Ourself , there were quite a few.
I wanted to bring you a line with substance behind the beautiful packaging: clinical data, thoughtful research, and formulas designed to perform. After getting to know Ourself, I knew it belonged in the Radiance Esthetics collection. ✨
The cleanser is pure luxury. The serums bring something fresh to the routine, the moisturizers are beautiful, and the eye cream means business. I’m also introducing a lip plumping treatment (shown in the picture)…a new category on my shelves, and one I have a feeling you’re going to love.

What does my snack jar have to do with skin health? More than you might think.
I keep a mix of nuts and seeds within reach because each brings something different to the table:
• Walnuts offer plant-based omega-3s, fats that help support the skin’s normal function.
• Pumpkin seeds contain zinc, a mineral involved in skin repair.
• Almonds are rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant that helps protect cells from everyday damage.
• Pistachios bring protein and copper, which the body uses to build and maintain connective tissue.
• And Brazil nuts are especially rich in selenium, a nutrient involved in the body’s antioxidant defenses. Just one or two go a long way, so I add those sparingly.
It’s a small habit, but that’s often how caring for your skin looks in real life: a little thought in the treatment room, a little thought in the kitchen, and consistency over time. 🫶🏼

The cooler months are typically an ideal time for chemical peels because we tend to spend less time in prolonged, direct sun. That can make it easier to protect freshly resurfaced skin while it renews - although daily SPF remains essential year-round.
