I don’t know about yall house, but in my house it never fails my kids will see my singing and getting into and they act like I ain’t doing anything and just talk over me singing like I’m inconveniencing them. Like I walked up into their space to interrupt them and not the other way around. But they also know they gonna get ignored for the most part till I want to answer them.

What you see is what you get. I don’t fake my lifestyle because why would I? My story is mine and your story is yours. So pretend to be something you’re not? Be happy and Grateful you even have a story to tell.

We had a jam session at the park and just when we getting into the groove, here go my hubby giving me the eye that we gotta go cause our kids was calling. Can’t never have no fun

I started a daily 10k challenge with my family and I hate it already but I’m grateful to still be able to move in this body that Heavenly Father blessed me with to care for while still here on earth. And no matter how many times I fail, I’m still willing to get back up and keep trying, Desr Lord. thank you for the grace of time🙏

Family home projects. My kids hate em but I keep telling em they’re gonna love it when they get older. I remember when I was little and my dad always had us doing projects around the house or taking us to work with him, we HATED it when we were in the moment but looking back im so grateful for those experiences! A lot of those experiences are the reason why I am who I am today and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. There’s nothing like a father in the home teaching his children. How to work with their hands. I’m grateful.

Today I was invited to MC the unveiling of the “Threads of Belonging” Mural at Valley Hi Laguna Library. It was a great way to show how culture and community meet through Art.
