Hi, I'm Morgan, the one behind SerAmor and your host on October 10. 🤎
Most of the women I get to host spend their days taking care of everyone else. So when I watch them sit down, exhale, and realize nobody needs anything from them for a few hours, that's my favorite part. Every time.
That's why I keep doing this, and it's why the day at Placerville Sauna is six hours long with nothing on the to-do list but you.
Later, I'll be live on Good Day Sacramento from Placerville Sauna | Cold Plunge , giving a little peek at the sauna and cold plunge, with a sound bath by Cori in the background.
Tune in, or send it to the friend who needs a day like this.

What do I do when I am not at the Atelier taking care of clients you ask?? Oh you know, not much 🤷🏼♀️💁♀️

We’re always looking for ways to evolve, improve, and create an experience that feels thoughtful from beginning to end. For me, it’s the little details that make an experience feel special.
Maybe you don’t need another thing to do. Maybe you need a day where nothing is expected of you.
Come alone. Bring your mom, sister, friend, or someone you love. Either way, October 10 is a day for you.
Join us at Placerville Sauna for movement, breathwork, sauna + cold plunge, nourishing food, wellness experiences, sound healing, connection, and time to simply enjoy being taken care of.
