Changes coming for Compression Obsession

We are in a unique position. Amy has run a compression garment company since 2016. She has also been a lymphedema physical therapist both at a large hospital and in her own clinic since 2001. As of January 2026 we chose to stop providing compression garments to Medicare beneficiaries due to the cost of staff time to achieve the stringent medical documentation needed to receive reimbursement for compression garments.

What we are doing moving forward:

First, we will continue to provide lymphedema physical therapy as usual. We will also continue to provide garments when able, if we are seeing you for treatment.
Second, and IMPORTANT:

We will no longer be providing compression garments to the public, with or without insurance as of the end of the day 9/24/26. Any of our patients we have started the process for garments as of 9/24/26 will have their orders filled and we will fit them for those garments after that date, as necessary.

We are closed on Friday 9/25/26 during this transition.

There will be an open house on Thursday 9/24/26 from 2-5pm with a 50% off clearance sale for items in stock. We are sad to stop seeing those of you not in treatment. Please stop by to reminisce and have your questions answered if you can.

This is a hard decision for our entire team. We will miss providing compression garments to the community. We are happy to continue to provide lymphedema physical therapy and support group services. The cost of complying with Medicare regulations around compression garments since the Lymphedema Treatment Act has crippled our business. We tried our best to make providing garments work, but are unable to continue as we are required to comply with many costly Medicare regulations for all patients.
