You may have started hearing the term PMOS instead of PCOS lately, and honestly… it’s a change that makes a LOT of sense.

For years, many women have struggled with symptoms that didn’t always fit into the “classic” PCOS box things like:

✨ insulin resistance
✨ acne
✨ hair thinning or unwanted hair growth
✨ irregular cycles
