✨ A Quick Policy Update ✨

Beginning JULY 3rd, we’ll be updating our cancellation policy from 24 hours to 12 hours.

This change gives our clients a little more flexibility when life happens while still allowing us to better serve our waitlist. As part of this update, our cancellation policy will be consistently enforced moving forward to respect our artists’ time and keep our schedule running smoothly.
