She came in with nails from another shop and absolutely hated them. They were not anything like what she asked. Unfortunately I see this so often and it breaks my heart😭 There were so many issues and you can tell it was rushed work.
When you pay these big bucks for gorgeous nails please have high expectations, speak up and walk out if you need to.

She wanted the pinky and thumb to be maroon.
The tortoise shell should have been darker. and the gems were supposed to be small little balls. not colorful gems. 💎
