One thing I see all the time behind the chair is clients investing in really good products… but using products that aren’t actually right for their hair.
A product can be amazing and still be the wrong product for you.
I had a client recently who was consistently using an intensive repair/protein treatment. Her hair is virgin, she gets regular trims, yet her ends were becoming rough and frayed. Once we talked through her routine, it made sense — her hair didn’t need more strengthening. It needed moisture and softness.
This is why I’m always asking what you’re using at home. 🤎

When split ends are left too long, they can continue splitting up the hair shaft, causing breakage and leaving the ends looking thinner and more uneven.
Consistent trims allow us to stay ahead of that damage—removing what needs to go before it turns into a much bigger haircut.
And this before & after is the perfect example. ✨ We cleaned up those ends, brought back the fullness and shape, and she STILL has all that gorgeous length.
