oyed @R7S since 2002. Small business is tough. Our policies, practices, and perceptions have never been perfect, but our intentions were. We tried our best to welcome staff into a space that was a unique place of education, purpose, and respect. Our only hope is that you look back at your memories @R7S with a fondness, reflecting on the fantastic team that you met and worked with - all hired out of a desire to be true to one's self and to create a work utopia;)

We are proud of the major accomplishments achieved, the awards received, and the recognition earned in our industry. RED 7 SALON was our playground, our workshop, our art studio...a safe place...for many. We have witnessed life-changing moments happen inside our doors; a battered woman regaining confidence again because of her hair make-over, an elderly person who finally felt seen/heard, a trans individual who was accepted and valued from the "get go", and even a wedded couple who met under our employment. What special gifts we were a part of...what an honor. We apologize to those who are upset by this news. We know change can be difficult. We would encourage you, instead, to focus on the future possibilities this could bring. After all, life is supposed to be good.
