Full transparency , I normally keep my personal life separate from my business page, but I wanted to be transparent with my clients. 🤍

Unfortunately, I am currently going through a miscarriage. This was completely unexpected, and right now I need to give myself the space to process everything, physically and emotionally, and be home with my family.

Because of this, I will be taking the remainder of the weekend away from the spa, and all appointments scheduled for Sunday will need to be rescheduled. If you are on my books, I will be reaching out to you personally.

I truly hate having to move appointments, especially on such short notice, but right now I know I need to allow myself the time to rest and be with my family.

✨ A Friendly Reminder About My Booking Policies ✨

To all of my amazing clients—thank you for continuing to support my small business. Your appointments, referrals, and loyalty truly mean the world to me. 💛

Over the past several months, I’ve unfortunately experienced an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. As a small business owner, every appointment matters. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot be filled, and it prevents clients on my waitlist from receiving services.

To better protect my business and my schedule, I will be strictly enforcing the following policies moving forward:

🤍 Deposits Required
Effective immediately, all appointments will require a deposit to reserve your spot on my books. Your deposit will be applied toward your service at the time of your appointment.

🤍 Appointment Confirmations
Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours and again 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not acknowledge or confirm your appointment, I will cancel it and offer that time to a client on my waitlist. This helps ensure appointment times are filled and prevents unnecessary gaps in my schedule.

🤍 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

I do offer a one-time grace opportunity for clients who no-show. If your no-show invoice is paid, you are welcome to continue booking future appointments.

However, if your no-show invoice is not paid, you will no longer be able to book with me in the future. This policy is non-negotiable and is in place to protect my business and to be fair to clients who are waiting for appointment availability.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I will always do my best to work with clients when true emergencies arise. Communication goes a long way, and even a quick message letting me know you’re unable to make your appointment is always appreciated.

Thank you for respecting my time the same way I respect yours. These policies allow me to continue providing the best experience possible while serving every client fairly.
