Please read and understand we are enforcing our cancellation policy for the fairness of all guests and staff of Rinse ❤️ we are extremely grateful for all the continued support and look forward to continuing all of our relationships 🫶🏼

-your stylist expects a 24 hour notice if you are unable to come to your scheduled appointment. *We understand life and things out of your control can arise. Please talk with your stylist directly if you are unable to come.

-if you no-show your scheduled appointment, you will be required to leave a card on file to be able to book another appointment going forward.

-if you no- show, or cancel your appointment with less then 24 hours notice, your card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

-if you are running more then 5 minutes behind for your appointment, your stylist expects a heads up. Our schedules run on 15 minute timing slots and are scheduled meticulously.
