I’ve learned that healing isn’t always about fixing what’s wrong. Sometimes, it’s about having people who let you feel exactly what you’re feeling without asking you to hide it.

The friends who sit beside you, listen without trying to solve you, and remind you that vulnerability is safe are such a gift.

That’s a big part of why I do the work I do. Whether it’s through massage therapy or yoga, I want to create spaces where people don’t feel like they have to perform strength.

Your nervous system doesn’t need perfection, it needs safety, presence, and permission to soften.
