Kidding, obviously. At ReMedical, we advised that you eat a balanced diet (whether on the shot or not). This means a plate full of produce, healthy carbs and fats, and enough protein to maintain muscle mass (usually around .5-1 g of your desired body weight everyday, ie: if the weight goal is 170 lbs then you’d want to eat between 85 to 170 g of protein every day).
If we are getting nitty gritty, extensive research consistently shows that the Mediterranean diet significantly reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and premature death so that is the diet plan we recommend the most.
