If removing product takes your time, product, tools, and labor… why would it be free?

It doesn’t magically become free because you’re removing product instead of applying it.

If you’re spending 20–30 minutes filing, soaking and removing product before you even start the actual service, that’s an additional service.

Your time is still your time, your products still cost money, your tools still need to be maintained and your labor definitely isn’t free.

So yes, you should charge for removal and no, you shouldn’t feel bad about it.
