Problem solving posting looks like- common questions people ask about your business, you’re creating content to answer them. What time are you available, who are you serving, how much does your service or product cost, how is it beneficial for OTHERS, how can they connect with you, how does doing business with you benefit THEM.

This TINY switch is the gateway to the clients who are looking for you!

People say all the time “don’t post for others” and while I understand what they mean.. there is a grey line when you’re running a business. You actually do need to customize your content/ promotions around whoever your target audience is. You’re speaking to someone specifically! You, as the business owner should be filling the gap between what you have to offer and what they want. They are out there! You just need to find them🥰

Social media has made it sooooo easy to do so! Make sure you’re using it correctly, because sometimes we can be the reason our business is not scaling 😬😅 and that’s the last thing we want 😬🤷🏼‍♀️

Part 3: Class recap + review!

Finally, I have sat down & edited the last day of our last class of 2026😅! Ughh I miss class already 🥹.. but it’s always so amazing to watch it all back like a little movie & hear our mentees thoughts of the class.

Starting something new will be hard 🤷🏼‍♀️.. it is what it is. BUT, it’s only hard because it’s new. If you have someone on your side, showing you the ropes & how to simplify things it makes it that much more bareable. That’s our goal with our mentorship. We want to show others the skillset, how to put money into their own pocket and really prep you for the real world as an independent!

Thank you soooo much Seleena for trusting us as your mentors!! You did such an amazing job. We have no doubt that you will continue to thrive in this industry as long as you continue to apply yourself and the information we taught you 🤍

Let’s talk cancellations, rescheduling or no shows🗣️ 👇🏻

For starters, as service providers, entrepreneurs, soloprenuers, beauty business owners…. Whatever you want to call it. It happens to us all😬! Get ready because it will happen to you too (sometimes) it’s life 🤷🏼‍♀️

Now, we talk about standards & no show fees in our class BUT we also are human right along with our clients at the end of the day. Sometimes, people have real life things pop up. Those are the clients we’re lenient towards. Sometimes, we have clients who forget.. but they’re at their appointments 99.99999% of the time. Those are the clients we’re lenient towards. Sometimes we have clients who don’t show up on time, but book with us allll the time. Those are the clients we are lenient towards. Yes we have our standards for our business & yes sometimes we have to charge our no show fee. But before ANYTHING, we are humans right back at our clients.

We cannot express enough, how much artists need to chill out sometimes 🙂… people get sick, traffic gets extremely backed up, appointments get botched or mixed up, regardless of the reason. CHECK on your clients, before you talk about business. THANK them for simply communicating so that you can atleast know what it is going on. THANK them for sending a message so that you can atleast know they’re ok!

Of all the things that can happen in this world, I think that’s always our first priority. “Is our client ok” … literally anything can happen on their commute and we always prioritize your guy’s safety first.

We hope that others can learn to do the same, AND (sometimes) expect for your schedule to not “work out” … it comes with business babes 😬 lol.. get some lunch, enjoy your down time, do another task that you’ve been putting off. There’s ALWAYS things we can be working on. Learn to remain GRATEFUL through the unknown breaks, clients rescheduling and twists & turns of this business. Life will go on, you will be ok & your client will return

Sharing more Behind the scenes😬 Some days as an entrepreneur looks like, waking up early to take care of personal things, working in the business and taking clients, then moving the business and working on the business directly after. Sometimes it looks like longggggg hours that fly by because you know the work simply needs to get done. Sometimes it looks like making decisions that will have ya lashes looking CRAZYYY😂 and sometimes it’s your support showing up for the extra hands on!
