โจ I help keep your skin glowing one appointment at a time!! โจ ** Clients are required to provide card information to book appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS.
First time clients may be required to pay a deposit.
** At Glow by Merlo, we have a Cancellation/ No Show Policy. It goes as follows:
We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. (You CAN reschedule for the same day without a fee). If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment start time, 50% of the services scheduled will be charged to the card on file. This cancellation policy also applies to clients that are a NO SHOW and clients that arrive 10 or more minutes late. *You CAN get waxed while on your menstrual cycle (MUST have a tampon or menstrual cup in), if you choose not to wax on your menstrual cycle please plan your appointments accordingly. If that time is unpredictable, please wait to schedule until after it is done to avoid having to cancel and get charged the cancellation fee. This policy applies to every appointment you make with Glow by Merlo, present and future. ***This policy still applies to sickness/Covid related cancellations. We understand that sickness can be sudden and unexpected however, the policy is in place to protect the business and our clients valued time. This was right after I quit my corporate job in Mortgage Lending and finally started the business I always said Iโd have. I quit my job January 1, 2022 and turned my home office into a home salon suite where I started waxing and hydrafacials on only family and friends. On March 1, 2022 I opened my first official Salon Suite with little to no clientelle. I love looking back to where Glow by Merlo all started.
