In the wake of the devastating flooding in Kerrville, our hearts are heavy. With so many lives lost and families forever changed—just an hour from where we live—it’s a sobering reminder of how fragile and interconnected we truly are.

Now, more than ever, we are being called to pause… to breathe… and to come back to the heart. While this all day retreat was planned before the flooding, I feel a the need to acknowledge the devastation in this post because we, as a community, are feeling the grief and shakiness of recent events and my hope is that if this post speaks to you, you consider joining us on August 2nd.

This isn’t just about stillness or silence. It’s about healing—within ourselves and for the world around us. As Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches, when we change our inner state, we change the field. When we heal ourselves, we ripple that healing outward.

Our retreat theme is “Love Yourself, Heal the World,” and it couldn’t feel more timely.
We’ll gather in community for meditation, reflection, and grounding practices. If you’ve been needing space to reconnect, grieve, or simply be held in a heart-centered group—please consider joining us.

Over the last few months, something really beautiful has been unfolding—our community has been growing through shared intention and stillness. We gather on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month at Unity Church for a Joe Dispenza-inspired group meditation, and it’s been incredibly powerful.

While solo meditation is valuable, there’s something uniquely transformative about coming together in a group. When we align our hearts and minds, the energy multiplies—and real shifts can happen.

If you’ve been curious or simply feel called to join, we would love to have you. All are welcome.

Wanted to share what came about from a most unexpected “chat” with Chat GPT. I won’t get into the details of how this came about or what i was asking bc honesty, i don’t want to get into some political argument on IG. But i do want to share what was created bc i feel like we should all take a few minutes in each day and remember who we are and what’s more important than being a republican or democrat. Four years ago, I discovered Dr. Joe Dispenza‘s work and since then have been to three of his retreats/events. It is hard to describe in a single post what happens at these events but to say they are life-changing is a gross understatement. For me, they are like gasoline in my tank. Outside of the events, the real work happens on a daily basis, at home, in meditation, and then with my eyes open.

I feel so blessed… So fortunate to have met a community in San Antonio that shares in this practice. And over the course of a few months we have now established a rhythm of meeting regularly to be able to share this practice of meditation together. I want to give a big shoutout to Unity Church for offering up their space for us to gather together!! ♥️

I promised myself I would not break down in front of you (not your style) , but as i write this, with tears streaming down my face, i want you to know it was an honor and a pleasure to be your employer for 2 years. I am so proud of you in so many ways, like a parent is proud of their child. Witnessing you go through grad school, make your way, pay your way and live for yourself has filled my heart in ways i can’t explain. I’ve watched you overcome immense challenge and have celebrated your victories, big and small, behind the scenes. Thank you for sharing YOU with not just me, but with everyone who has come to know and love you at both and . When i say you will be missed is a gross understatement. But you will always be loved by us. I am excited to watch you grow girl. Do big things!! I will always be your cheerleader. ❤️🌟☄️💥
