From poor health to great health. It CAN be done.
I spent most of my 20’s being the unhealthiest & unhappy version of myself. Multiple unhealthy pregnancies, depression, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, overall declining health.
I felt hopeless. I felt like I was too far gone. I felt trapped in a body that was only declining.
I didn’t want to take the path I was heading down into my 30’s. I wanted better. My children deserved better. I promised myself I would change and create a truly healthy & happy life. One where I was free of the health issues I felt trapped with. One where my children had a mom who would do life along side them and not watch from the sidelines. A life that I dreamed of living.
From hoping and wishing for the life I wanted to living it daily.
