For a long time, the goal was covering the gray. But goals can change. After coming to LOOK for several years, Gina decided she wanted to start moving in a different direction and work with more of her natural gray instead.
That shift changes the conversation, the plan, and the approach behind the appointment.
A look at the beginning of that process.
In this consultation, volume was one of the client’s biggest concerns.
The issue wasn’t a lack of hair. It was the weight and shape of the haircut. By adjusting the layers and removing the excess weight in the right areas, we were able to create the movement and fullness she had been looking for.

Little throwback...
Found some photos and videos on our camera from Sìclovìa that we wanted to share.
It was a great day with my great team, and we loved getting to see so many of you stop by, say hello, and enjoy the event with us. Being able to connect with the community is something we always appreciate, and we’re looking forward to more days like these.

In this instance, the client felt that her hair was damaged and lacked volume.
But dry ends do not always mean damaged hair.
A lot of the fullness was actually being lost through the over-texturized ends, which can cause the hair to fall flatter and lose movement over time.
