More than three years ago, Irma Vergara walked through the doors of The Hidden Spa straight out of massage school, beginning what would become an important chapter in her professional journey.
Today, she is one of our exceptional massage therapists, specializing in:

✨ Mayan Abdominal Massage
✨ Lymphatic Massage
✨ Detox-Focused Bodywork
Irma has continued to grow her craft while developing her own unique approach to therapeutic bodywork. Her sessions are grounded in presence, care, and a genuine desire to help people reconnect with their bodies.
We’ve had the privilege of watching her journey from new graduate → developing practitioner → trusted member of our wellness team.
That kind of growth deserves to be celebrated. 🌱
The largest wellness center in San Diego has 10 treatment rooms, meditation pods, sound baths, facials, massages, and even plant ceremonies… and ofc it’s in Ocean Beach!
