Hi, I’m Andrea

Massage therapist, movement nerd, nature lover, and your body’s new best friend.

I help people feel more at home in their bodies- less tension, more ease, better sleep, and a lot more deep breaths.

My style blends the nurturing flow of Swedish and Lomi Lomi, the stretching and grounding of Thai Yoga massage, and the precision of reflexology and body mechanics knowledge. I’m especially passionate about helping people unwind from the wear and tear of modern life- hello tech neck, tight hips and tired feet.

Every session is tailored to you. Whether you need full body relaxation, a tension reset, or focused work on your head, hands and feet, I’ve got you. I also offer add-one like hot stones, CBD oil, and aromatherapy inspired by the elements- think forest, ocean, or desert vibes.

For now, I’m primarily mobile- bringing the massage table to your home, office or retreat space. I’m also on the lookout for a cozy studio space to offer in-office session one or two days a week.

Let’s reconnect you to your body!

Jim Rohn famously said that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with.

Make sure those people are adding to your sparkle ✨

Hey Mamas! I see you over there with endless loads of laundry, diapers, sports and school drop offs, prepping all the meals for everyone… and doing it all with LOVE. 💗

I just wanted you to know you’re doing AMAZING and deserve a little self care love too.

When we feel our best (physically, mentally and emotionally) we can be our best ✨

Oh, and Happy Friday friends!

To when I was first doing farmers Markets and Makers Markets!

I always love making new friends, so I figured I’d (re)introduce myself! My name is Andrea, and I’m a CMT from San Diego, CA. I became a massage therapist when I moved out to CA from NH after college, and I haven’t looked back since! A little known fact about me is I’m also a certified Master Composter, and I LOVE sunrise hikes. Now that you’ve gotten to know me better, I want to get to know YOU! Drop an emoji that represents a little known fact about you, and I’ll try to guess what it is!

Ooooooh friend, I know it’s easy to get caught up in the morning rush, but take a few moments to start your morning off on the right foot.

I typically start my day with a dog walk and early morning light in my eyes and some days I massage my face, neck and shoulders and finish with a few stretches to loosen up the tension in the morning.

Either way, it gets me moving when I’d rather be sleeping and helps me focus on what my body needs to thrive… How are you starting off your morning?
