Solstice Blend & Bend is a unique community gathering designed to harmonize your body and mind through the combined practices of herbal tea blending and yoga. Participants will begin by crafting a custom herbal tea blend inspired by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Following the tea ritual, we will practice an all levels sun salutation-based yoga session, fostering mindfulness and a connection to seasonal rhythms. This workshop is ideal for individuals looking to celebrate the solstice in a meaningful way or to deepen their wellness routine. Open to all skill levels, this event provides a serene environment for relaxation, creativity, and community connection. Reservations are required as space is limited.

Spring Forward Aligned With The Universe!

Tuesday March 10th 2026 Jupiter went direct at 15 degrees Cancer. We will transform how we nurture ourselves and others. We will expand and change our outlook on what we value. On Wednesday March 18th the New Moon at 28 degrees Pisces will be activated by all the outer planets creating realizations and culminations. The Moon is conjunct Neptune with harmonies to Pluto in Aquarius and Uranus in Ta**us. Sudden and unexpected positive transformations with women, creativity, the spirit and relationships.
