Anna~My approach to massage is grounded in deep listening and intuitive touch. My aim is to create a space where you can slow down and return to your body.
I trained at the San Francisco School of Massage, and my areas of expertise include deep tissue, Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and prenatal massage. My signature approach is slow and fluid. I take time to sink into the muscles to create a warm and relaxing space for deep work.I adjust pressure, pace, and focus throughout the session to support what your body needs that day.
Outside of massage, I spend time practicing herbalism, watching birds, tending a small olive grove, and making olive oil. Working with plants continually reminds me of the importance of slowing down, paying attention, and connecting to Earth’s natural rhythms.
