Care by Allay
At Allay, we recognize the gap in prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum care in the U.S.
Our mission is to restore community during these times, supporting prenatal care, recovery, and better birth outcomes through craniosacral therapy and massage. At Allay, we recognize the long-standing gap in the support available for prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum care within the United States. Our mission is to restore the sense of community and connection that once surrounded these pivotal periods. We aim to support prenatal care and postpartum recovery, while improving birth outcomes through adjunctive therapies, including adult and infant craniosacral therapy, as well as prenatal and postpartum massage.

If babies could leave Yelp reviews, we're pretty sure the ratings would be… VERY specific. 😂
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Being held
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Milk
⭐⭐⭐ Tummy time
⭐⭐ Getting dressed
⭐ Being put down
But underneath all those very strong opinions, babies are constantly giving us information. 🤍
The way they move.
The positions they seem to prefer.
How they respond to touch.
How they settle.
You don't have to decode every little behavior or have an answer right away.
Sometimes, the first step is simply noticing the pattern and getting curious:
“What seems to make my baby more comfortable?”
“When does this happen?”
“Does my baby respond differently in another position?”
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) at Allay Care takes a gentle, baby-led approach focused on comfort, relaxation, and ease of movement.
Save this for your next “my baby has VERY strong opinions” day. 😂
And tell us: **What would your baby give 1 star? 👇**

Building your baby registry and suddenly wondering… *Which bottle? Which pump? How many do I actually need?* 😅
There are SO many feeding products out there, and it can be overwhelming.
So we asked one of our Allay Care lactation/CST specialists to share two products she recommends often:
🍼 **Pigeon bottles**
A bottle option worth considering, especially if you're planning to breastfeed and introduce bottles.
💙 **Spectra S1 breast pump**
A rechargeable double electric pump with adjustable cycle and vacuum settings — giving you more flexibility to find settings that feel comfortable and work well for your body.
A little reminder: **what works for one baby or parent may not work for another.** Your baby's feeding style, your comfort, and your individual needs all matter.
You also don't need to buy every feeding product before your baby arrives. Start with a few options, see what works, and adjust from there. 🤍
**Save this for your baby registry and send it to a parent who is currently overwhelmed by the bottle aisle. 😂**
And if you're having questions about bottles, pumping, milk removal, or feeding, **lactation support with Allay Care can help you troubleshoot with less guesswork.**

If motherhood came with a posture report, it would be… concerning. 😂
The car seat lean.
The crib drop.
The floor sit.
The one-hip carry.
The feeding hunch.
The “DON’T WAKE THE BABY” position.
You spend so much time adapting your body around your baby that you might not even notice how much work your own body is doing.
And then one day you realize:
“Why does my neck hurt?”
“Why are my shoulders so tight?”
“Why does my back feel like this?” 😅
Your body has been working overtime, too.
Prenatal and postpartum massage can be a simple way to give some attention back to the body that’s been carrying, feeding, holding, bending, reaching, and doing approximately 400 things a day.
Your body deserves care, too. 🤍
Save this for the next time you catch yourself in one of these positions.
And if your body is ready for a little TLC, Allay Care offers prenatal + postpartum massage to support you through the changes of pregnancy and postpartum.

Somewhere along the way, motherhood gave you a very specific set of skills you never actually applied for. 😂
You can somehow:
✨ Know which breast feels fuller without even thinking about it
✨ Feed a baby while doing approximately 4 other things
✨ Identify your baby's hungry cry from a whole collection of baby noises
✨ Know the exact position that will help them fall asleep
✨ Do approximately 87% of your day with one hand
And the wildest part?
**You didn't even put these skills on your résumé.** 😂
Motherhood is basically a crash course in multitasking, observation, adaptability, and doing things you never imagined you'd be doing.
**What unexpected mom skill have you mastered?** 👇
Tell us yours — we might need a Part 2.
POV: You brought your baby to CST expecting a complicated treatment…
…and instead, there’s a lot of **watching, waiting, listening, and very gentle touch.** 🤍
A baby’s CST session may include:
🤍 Time to settle
🤍 Observing how baby moves and responds
🤍 Gentle hands-on contact
🤍 Pauses
🤍 Following baby’s cues and responses
It may not look like what you expected — and that’s part of what makes a baby-led approach so different.
There’s no need to rush through every moment.
Sometimes the most important part of a session is simply *giving baby space to respond.*
Craniosacral therapy at Allay Care focuses on comfort, relaxation, and ease of movement through a gentle, baby-led approach.
Curious about what a session could look like for your baby? *Reach out to Allay Care to learn more.* 🤍

Before babies have words, they have other ways of telling us what they need. 🤍
The way they move.
The positions they prefer.
The way they feed.
How they respond to touch.
How easily they settle — or don't.
None of these things give us a simple answer to *why* a baby is behaving a certain way. But they can give us something important:
*Information to notice.*
Instead of feeling like you have to figure everything out right away, you can start with curiosity.
“What is my baby showing me?”
“When does this happen?”
“Does my baby seem more comfortable in one position than another?”
Craniosacral therapy (CST) at Allay Care takes a gentle, baby-led approach, with a focus on comfort, relaxation, and ease of movement.
If you've been noticing patterns in how your baby moves, feeds, or settles and you'd like support exploring them, we're here to help. 🤍

“Why is my baby nursing again?”
“Why are feeds suddenly so short?”
“Why does my baby keep popping off?”
“Why does one side feel completely different?”
If you've ever had one of those *wait… is this normal?* breastfeeding days, you're definitely not alone. 😅
Breastfeeding can change from day to day — and sometimes even feed to feed.
A shorter feed doesn't automatically mean baby didn't get enough. Frequent nursing doesn't automatically mean you don't have enough milk. And having one breast that behaves differently doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong.
**The key is looking at the bigger picture and noticing patterns over time.** 🤍
And if something keeps happening and you're wondering what it means, you don't have to spend three hours searching the internet at 2 AM.
A lactation consultant can help you look at what's happening during feeds, answer your questions, and troubleshoot based on *your* baby, your body, and your feeding goals.
**Save this for the next breastfeeding plot twist.**
And follow Allay Care for practical, supportive breastfeeding and postpartum education.

Pumping looks simple… until you’re the one doing it. 😅
There’s actually a lot to figure out — pump settings, fl**ge fit, timing, comfort, and what your body responds to best.
And one of the biggest things to remember: "what you pump during one session isn’t necessarily a perfect reflection of your milk supply." 🤍
If pumping feels harder than you expected, you’re not failing. You may just need a little troubleshooting and support.
You don’t have to figure it out through trial and error alone.
Lactation support can help you find what works for your body and your feeding goals — without the guesswork.
