Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I became more confident in who I am, more intentional with my time, more protective of my peace, and more grateful for the life I’m building.
I worked hard. I made difficult decisions. I stepped outside my comfort zone more times than I can count. Some doors closed, but the right ones opened.

The last couple of weeks I’ve been working almost nonstop, barely taking any days off, and honestly… I started feeling burned out.
This week, I finally gave myself two days just for me, and my kids. No rushing, no constant pressure, no trying to keep up with everything. Just slowing down and being present.
And those two days felt like a complete reset for my mind and soul.
Sometimes we get so used to taking care of everyone else that we forget about ourselves. But the truth-it’s important to pause sometimes and put yourself first too. Rest is not laziness,it’s necessary. 🤍
