Grateful for my Osteopath who actually sees me. Today Dr. Wolff helped guide both my sacrum and sphenoid bone from being displaced. Nice to feel hungry again now that my sacrum is not disrupting my GI tract… most doctors I have sought for help have NO idea about Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS). Dr. Wolff understands and improves my quality of life tremendously. Thank you🤗 now I can get back to work!

Growing is uncomfortable. Making significant changes more aligned with a chosen, focussed path, requires the destruction of anything getting in the way. Breaking old habits, sometimes those ingrained for years, can feel unnerving.
But this is the way. The way forward. The way to be fully present and well in an environment designed for thriving.
Life is what you make it, every single day.
I choose to be strong, compassionate, focussed, active, helpful when I have an abundance of energy, and unapologetic about saying no when I need to.
