Little change from here on out, aloe shots will now already be in tea cups! Tea cups will be chilled in fridge. As always, you can take aloe shot by itself, or add to your tea.

This Thursday come join us for a fun workout and an encouraging word to follow. 💛

I am aware of the rain that’s predicted for this day, so it will be a last minute call whether we are forced to cancel or not. Last week, we were under the pavilion, but depending how heavy the rain is in the morning, I get how driving could be an issue. (Or even walking, Joann 😉)

So, we’re planning for it!! But, will keep an eye on weather that mornin, and will share an update accordingly.
