After nine beautiful years, I’m closing my storefront studio and stepping into my LAB private client era.
This space has held so much growth, love, art, and community, and I’m endlessly grateful for every moment within these walls.

For past 12 years, I put my business, my clients, my artistry, and my relationships first. I always had a reason why taking care of myself could wait.

This year, that changed.

Yoga has been humbling for me. Some movements are really hard, and because of Lashing I have to be mindful of my wrists and arms. Some days I modify, some days I rest, some days I just breathe through it. And that’s okay.

I keep reminding myself: as long as I’m consistent, everything else can be built. No rush. No comparison. Just showing up and taking care of my body the way it’s taken care of everyone else for so long.

✨ 2026 this has looked liked:
✔️ 4 hot yoga classes
✔️ 3 long walks (about 3 hours total)
✔️ 2 swims, 45 minutes, 30 laps
✔️ 3 rest days

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about presence, patience, and finally choosing myself too. 💛

2025 asked everything of me

It was a year that stripped things down to the truth, whether I was ready or not. It brought up a lifetime of grief, necessary healing, and deep detoxing of patterns I could no longer carry.

This process wasn’t only personal, It was happening inside my business too. The last few months carried a quiet sadness, holding space for what I knew was coming to an end, while trusting that freedom was waiting for me on the other side.

But f**k if these past few weeks didn’t feel like my whole life was blowing up, tears streaming down my face. I had to make big decisions and that weight of it all has finally shed.

And now, I feel something different.
I feel excited for this new energy.

2026 arrives with movement and momentum.

This year holds movement, new beginnings, and alignment. Freedom returns!
A return to truth, but softer this time.
Beauty, passion, and flow move back into my body and my work. Power feels natural again. Opportunity feels open, available, and earned.

This is just my story, but I know you have yours too.
And this next chapter, personally and professionally, is a new beautiful beginning.
