It’s more than a haircut, it’s about the experience.

I didn’t fully understand that at first. But the more time I spend in the shop, the more I learn, the more it makes sense.

Sure, you can give someone a great haircut and they’ll leave happy. But what keeps people coming back is the experience. The conversation. The atmosphere. Feeling welcomed the moment they walk in and valued the entire time they’re in the chair.

A haircut only lasts a few weeks. The way you make someone feel lasts much longer. That’s what I’m working to improve every day.
