Patient is a young male with a chief complaint of a poor bite and his chin sticking out too far. After a physical examination and CAT scan it was determined that his maxilla was retrognathic and his mandible was prognathic.

His surgery included a LeFort I advancement(moved the upper jaw forward) that also brought the base of his nose forward and a mandibular bilateral sagittal split osteotomy(moved the lower jaw back) to bring his mandible significantly back.

4 weeks post endoscopic brow lift, lower blepharoplasty, and neck lift. Rather than a traditional coronal brow lift that leaves a large scar and has a high relapse rate, an endoscopic brow lift is done through 6 small hidden incisions in the hairline and remains stable the rest of the patient’s life. Immediate post liquid rhinoplasty. Patient is considering a rhinoplasty in the future but doesn’t have the courage to do it yet and was hoping I could give her some improvement without surgery.

I used Juvederm Ultra Plus XC. It will last up to a year which will give the patient time to consider another liquid rhinoplasty or surgery.
