🥤 Creating simple habits that fit into real life
One of my favourite things she told me?
She actually SAVES money now.
No more popping into Costa for coffee and cake.
No more Greggs every time she goes shopping.
No more throwing random foods into the trolley because she’s starving and unprepared.
Not because she can’t have them…
Because she genuinely doesn’t want them anymore and she is planned.
That’s what happens when your body is nourished instead of constantly chasing energy.
The weight loss is incredible…
But look at her smile.

Robbie - Gav’s Mate 👏🔥
Business owner, dad to six lads… so as you can imagine, life is CHAOTIC.
Before joining us, Robbie was constantly eating on the go, running off Diet Coke, coffee fast food (can anyone relate?) — with very little time for himself.
He’s only been with us 2 weeks and his results are phenomenal:
⬇️ 2.9kg
⬇️ 2.1% body fat
⬆️ 1.1% body water
⬇️ 1.5 visceral fat (dangerous fat)
But what Robbie loves most isn’t just the numbers…
It’s the structure, routine and not having to think
It’s having more energy

People see 12.5 stone gone 🔥🔥
I see something completely different.
I see a man who still enjoys his chicken butty daily (it was a deal breaker for us😂)
Still has a beef burger on a Saturday.
Still goes on holiday.Still goes to the races.Still enjoys days out. (He does more now as has the energy & confidence too)
Because this was never about punishment, cutting everything out, or surviving on 🥬 .
It was about learning how to nourish his body instead of simply overfeeding it, building habits he can maintain, and discovering what real balance looks like— the improvement in HEALTH and LIFE ITSELF is the best gain ever 🫶
And here’s the bit I’m most proud of... 😊
When Kev reaches his goal, our journey doesn’t end.
Because maintaining your results is a skill too. He understood this from day one when we mapped it out ❤️
For every year it takes to create the transformation, we’ll spend the same amount of time learning how to keep it.💪
No quick fixes here,

So 😂😂 Went to the David Lloyd with gav
I did body pump he went in the gym .
Seen Kathy in class, walking out with her chatting away got out and suddenly I said
“Oh s**t I have forgot Gav “ 😂😂😂
