New class alert! I’m rolling out a beginner class, perfect for first time beginners to Pilates or for clients who have always done privates and want to explore a group class.
It’s called Basic Training. We start Saturday, June 27th at 10am! Sign up at PhoenixClassicalPilates.com/classes
We’ll start at the beginning introducing the apparatus and the principles and goals of Pilates. We’ll add exercises and concepts to progress week by week to prepare to enter an Open Level class. Every month we’ll start over at the beginning again.

Pilates mat work is so important. It really builds functional strength in your body. I think it’s more challenging than all the other apparatus. No head rest. No foot bar. No box. Just you on a mat fighting gravity.
We have an awesome Mat Class on Mondays at 10am. See ya in the mat 🥵
