It’s hard to put into words just how proud I am of you. Watching you grow into the kind, strong, and thoughtful young man you are today has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

You are such an amazing son, grandson, brother, boyfriend, friend, and sibling. Every role you play, you fill with love, compassion, and strength. You have a way of making people feel safe, seen, and deeply valued — and that’s a rare and beautiful gift.

We are all so lucky to have you in our lives. You make a bigger difference in this world than you probably realize, and your presence brings light wherever you go.

As you step into adulthood, know that this is just the beginning. The world is wide and full of possibilities, and I can’t wait to see all the incredible things you’ll do. And that’s a wrap—we have a high school graduate!
As a young parent, I feel like I’ve grown up right alongside Isaac, and I am so incredibly proud of the person he has become. We’ve walked through some of the happiest moments of life together—and some of the darkest. We’ve faced challenges that many never encounter in a lifetime, and we’ve come through them stronger, discovering a strength we never knew we had.

We’ve been blessed by the presence of some and, truthfully, blessed by the absence of others. We are fortunate to live a privileged life surrounded by those who continue to walk with us. And for those who have only been with us for a season, they, too, left their mark—teaching us important lessons and leaving behind pieces of themselves in Isaac: their best traits, their kindest qualities, and their most beautiful features.

Isaac, you are an amazing person who inspires me to be better every single day. Continue living life to the fullest. Never stop chasing your dreams. And always remember—when someone hurts you, forgive them. Not for them, but for yourself.

I love you more than words can express, and I am endlessly proud of you.

To my parents—thank you. Thank you for being the best support system, for believing in my dreams, and for helping me raise Isaac. You’ve shaped some of the very best parts of him.

Ryan—I don’t know if you truly realize how much we needed your calm in the midst of our storm. You are an incredible man, a wonderful partner, and a devoted father. You are loved deeply, and I’m so grateful that you complete our family.
