Dual enrolled in nursing school before she even graduated high school and has not slowed down since. Nearly 20 years in the field, a Sarasota native, and one of the most genuine connectors on our team. She believes wellness means investing in your health before you need to and she shows up to SOL every day with that energy. Her dream treatment? Meet Caitlin!
Registered Nurse | XERF & EBO2 Certified Specialist

Caitlin’s move to Florida was about as spontaneous as it gets. A Cape Cod native, she and her husband took a vacation to St. Pete Beach, fell in love with the sunshine, and never really looked back. Six years later, she’s become one of the most trusted nurses on our team and proof that sometimes the best decisions are the spontaneous ones. ✨

Caitlin holds two bachelor’s degrees in biology and nursing from the University of Massachusetts Honors College and is currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Wilkes University. She splits her time between Sol IV & Wellness and the Emergency Room at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, while raising her two toddlers with her husband and making the most of life here in Southwest Florida. 🌞

That combination is what makes Caitlin’s perspective on wellness so unique. In the ER, she cares for patients at some of their sickest and most vulnerable moments. At Sol, she gets to approach healthcare from an entirely different angle—focusing on prevention, wellness, and helping clients be proactive about their health before they ever reach that point. 🤍

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Caitlin spending time out on the boat, at the beach, or working her way through Sarasota’s tiki bar scene one sunset at a time. 🌞

Meet Adrianne Cannon!
Wellness Coordinator | XERF Certified Specialist

If wellness is a lifestyle, Adrianne has been living it her whole life. A proud University of Oklahoma graduate and Oklahoma native through and through, she spent years owning and operating Pilates and Yoga studios across Oklahoma, Colorado, and New York — building communities centered around movement, health, and feeling good from the inside out.

In 2024, she made the move to Sarasota, and Sol IV & Wellness got very lucky. As our Wellness Coordinator and certified XERF specialist, Adrianne brings a warm, genuine approach to her work, helping every client feel comfortable, cared for, and confident from the moment they walk through the door. She genuinely loves getting to know the people who walk through our doors — learning their goals, their routines, and what feeling their best looks like for them.✨

Outside of work, Adrianne is a mom of four. Her free time pretty much belongs to them — either on the sidelines cheering at competitive sports or on the beach soaking up that Sarasota sun she moved here for! 🌞
