✨ WE’RE HIRING: Dedicated Salon Assistant & Floor Coordinator ✨

​Are you a salon professional who loves the energy, creativity, and luxury guest experience of the hair industry—but you don’t want the stress of building a clientele or managing your own chair?

​We are looking for our next long-term, dedicated Salon Assistant & Floor Coordinator to join us at The Collective Hair Studio in Old Town Scottsdale!

​This is a permanent, career-focused position designed for someone who takes pride in the art of hospitality, seamless organization, and keeping a beautiful space running like a well-oiled machine. You will be the right hand to the salon owner and a crucial support system for our entire stylist team.

​What you’ll be doing:

➡️ Behind the Chair Support: Setting up and breaking down for all client services (cuts, extensions, and custom color), shampooing, applying toners, executing deep conditioning treatments, and blow-drying.

➡️ Guest Experience & Front Desk: Warmly checking in guests, answering phone calls, and booking/scheduling appointments to keep the day running smoothly.

➡️ Studio Flow: Keeping the salon organized, fully stocked, tidy, and beautiful throughout the day for both our guests and our stylist team.

➡️ Content & Social: Helping capture content and assisting with social media to showcase our studio's beautiful work.

​Who you are:

​A licensed cosmetologist (or currently finishing school) who genuinely loves the assistant and guest-experience side of the business.

​Highly organized, proactive, and always two steps ahead.

​A team player who takes pride in creating a high-end, welcoming environment.

​The Details:

This position is slated to start in late summer, but we are opening up interviews now to find the absolute perfect fit for our studio family!
