🌿 SAVE THE DATE — The Well-Being Discovery Event is coming!

Saturday, October 3rd | 3–7 PM

I've been working behind the scenes on this for a while, and I'm SO excited to finally start introducing you to everything we're creating.

The Well-Being Discovery Event isn't just a vendor market. It's an afternoon designed for you to explore, experience, ask questions, and discover what's available right here in our community to support your well-being.

We'll have local practitioners and businesses to meet, educational presentations, hands-on group experiences, Ask Me Anything sessions where you can sit down with professionals and ask questions about their areas of expertise, plus sound and other experiences happening throughout the afternoon.

And the response from our local well-being community has already been incredible. ❤️

Over the next several weeks, I'll be introducing you to our presenters, practitioners, experiences, and vendors so you can start planning what you want to explore when you arrive.

✨ Mark October 3rd on your calendar and tag someone you'd love to bring with you.

📍 Radiance Healers Sanctuary
1317 4th Street, Seabrook
3–7 PM

More details coming very soon. 🌿

A breakout appears and we immediately ask,
"How do I get rid of it?"

Redness shows up and we wonder how to make it disappear.

Dryness becomes something to fight.

It's an understandable response. None of us enjoy feeling uncomfortable in our own skin.

But I sometimes wonder if we've accidentally confused the messenger with the message.

Your skin has never been responsible for creating your stress.
Or your inflammation.
Or your chronic sleep deprivation.
Or the physiological cost of carrying everyone else's needs for the last decade.

It's simply the part we can see.

The body is incredibly intelligent.
It has many ways of communicating.
Skin just happens to be one of the most visible.

No one warned me that entrepreneurship would become therapy.

Not the kind where you lie on a couch. The kind where your patterns send invoices every month.

I realize today that I've been self-employed longer than I've worked for any company, and what surprised me most with that realization wasn't the number of years, but the way that I've changed during them.

When I started, I thought I was building a career. But now I think the business might have been building me.

I often joke that being self-employed makes perfect sense for an eldest daughter. 😂 We arrive in the world with an alarming sense of independence and responsibility and an equally alarming confidence that if something needs doing...well...we'll just do it. (And we'll probably do it better)

Exhausting? Yes. Effective? Also yes.

For most of my life, my independence wasn't as free as I thought it was.
It was wrapped up with responsibility; of being capable and being dependable.

Being the one who could always carry a little more.

These days, I catch myself admiring people whose nervous systems seem to know something mine took decades to learn.

The middle child who somehow mastered the subtle art of not giving a f💛ck.

The youngest who naturally assumes the world is supposed to support them.

The only child who doesn't automatically feel responsible for the emotional weather of every room they walk into.

(Seriously...teach me your ways.)

Running a business has forced me to question so many of the identities I thought were fixed.

Not because entrepreneurship magically heals you.

If anything, it lovingly—and sometimes aggressively—introduces you to every pattern you'd rather avoid looking at.

But if you're willing to stay curious...

It also gives you thousands of opportunities to choose differently.

Thanks for being with me on this journey and watching me unfold. 💚

🌿 Calling Local Well-Being Professionals & Businesses
We're looking for passionate practitioners, educators, and small businesses to be part of the inaugural Well-Being Discovery Event on October 3rd in Seabrook.

This isn't your typical vendor market.
The Well-Being Discovery Event is designed to be an immersive community experience where attendees can explore the many paths to health, healing, and personal growth available right here in our own community. Our goal is to create a space where people can ask questions, experience new modalities, discover trusted local resources, and leave feeling inspired to take the next step in their own well-being journey.

We're intentionally creating a diverse group of participants and would love to hear from businesses and practitioners in areas such as:
🌿 Herbalists & Apothecaries
🥗 Nutrition & Functional Health
💪 Fitness & Movement
🧘 Yoga & Meditation
💆 Massage & Bodywork
💧 Lymphatic & Manual Therapies
✨ Reiki, Energy Work & Spiritual Wellness
🧠 Mental Health & Counseling
🌸 Women's Health & Hormone Support
🧴 Holistic Skincare & Beauty
🌱 Sustainable Living & Natural Products..and other businesses that support health and well-being.

There are several ways to participate, including:
• 10' x 10' vendor spaces • Interactive group experiences • Roundtable discussions • Sound Sanctuary performances (we're still looking for one additional practitioner!) • Raffle and welcome bag sponsorship opportunities

Presentation spots have been filled.

Vendor spaces are $50 through August and increase to $75 beginning September 1st (or sooner if all spaces are filled).

Please note: We are not accepting MLM/direct sales companies for this event. Our focus is on independently owned businesses, practitioners, and organizations serving the well-being of our community.

If you're interested in participating, drop your email below or email me directly at [email protected], and I'll send you the participant information packet.

Let's build something our community hasn't seen before 💛

The best wellness practices are the ones you actually do.

The ones you return to consistently.
The ones that fit into your real life.

And while I love a good wellness retreat, most of our healing doesn't happen there.

It happens when we choose to make space for ourselves.

When we draw a line in the sand and say:
"Nope. Today I'm going to take five minutes for my own health and well-being."

When we choose, even briefly, to step away from the noise.
To nourish ourselves.
To breathe.
To remember that we matter too.

That's the spirit behind the Trofí Apothecary Tea Collection.

Six loose-leaf herbal blends inspired by traditional herbalism and crafted to support the moments real women actually live in.

✨ Sanctuary Bliss for calm, presence, and nervous system support
✨ Bright Mind for focus and mental clarity
✨ Moon Garden for women's wellness and nourishment
✨ Golden Flow for circulation and whole-body support
✨ Sun-Kissed Recovery for antioxidant support after time in the sun
✨ Flourish for everyday vitality inspired by Ayurvedic tradition

Think of it as a little piece of the sanctuary you can bring home with you.

Because healing isn't built in grand gestures.
It's built in the small rituals we return to, again and again.

🍵 Which blend are you reaching for first?

I don't make one mask. I make YOUR mask.

Because despite what the skincare industry would like you to believe, there isn't a magical product sitting on a shelf somewhere that's going to solve everyone's problems.

Your skin is different.
Your stress is different.
Your life is different.

So why would your treatment be the same as everyone else's?

Before your facial even begins, I'm paying attention.

How is your skin showing up today?
How are you showing up today?
Do you need calming?
Support?
Nourishment?
Grounding?
A chance to stop taking care of everyone else for five minutes?

Maybe that's calendula.
Maybe that's chamomile.
Maybe it's rose.
Maybe it's neroli.
Maybe it's French green clay.

The ingredients change.
The aromatherapy changes.
The experience changes.

Because the goal isn't to fit you into a protocol.

And it's definitely not to chase whatever skincare trend TikTok is obsessed with this week.

The goal is to create an experience that meets you exactly where you are.

The women who come to The Sanctuary aren't looking for another facial.

If a facial alone could solve what they're carrying, we'd have figured that out years ago.

They're looking for a place to restore their capacity for the life waiting outside our doors.

A place where they can receive support.
Reconnect with themselves.
Remember what it feels like to be cared for.

So they can walk back out into the world with more clarity.
More energy.
More courage.
More of themselves.

The goal isn't to escape your life.
The goal is to return to it as the woman you want to be.
