Time to talk conditioning treatments

There are so many options out there for conditioning treatments! I don't know how anyone chooses so this topic has come up behind the chair recently and I wanted to give some recommendations and guidance. These products are my new faves and I wanted to share the reasons each product has to offer you. So I wanted to simplify what actually works.

There are three treatments I trust depending on what your hair needs: K18, Olaplex No. 3, and Wella Ultimate Repair leave in spray.

Here’s how to choose.
If your hair is damaged:
Use K18
Rebuilds the internal structure of the hair
Reduces breakage

If you want to maintain strong, healthy hair:
Use Olaplex No. 3
Repairs broken bonds
Helps prevent split ends

If your hair feels dry, dull, or frizzy:
