Every July, we welcome our new interns with a month of “intern orientation” where they spend time learning content, practicing in procedure labs, and getting to know the system with a few ED shifts. This also leaves plenty of time for class bonding, residency-wide social events, and getting settled in a new (amazing!) city! 💕🏔️🌊🌇
