One of my recent favorites. Soft, natural, beautifully defined lips with a rich berry tone.

We added more definition to the shape, brought in a fresh, vibrant color, and kept everything looking soft and natural.

Honestly, I’m very proud of this one. These turned into the most beautiful, kissable lips.

Sometimes this kind of transformation can look subtle, especially when working with melanin-rich skin. But subtle doesn’t mean there isn’t a lot of thought behind it. Color choice and technique matter, and sometimes we have less room to play with than it may seem.

This client has always loved making her eyes the focus of her makeup. She’s been wearing bold eyeliner on both her upper and lower lids for years, and eventually decided she was ready to make her mornings a little easier 🖤

So she came to me knowing exactly what she wanted: bold, noticeable eyeliner.

I get asked all the time if I only do thin liners, thick liners, or whether a bigger liner costs more.

The answer is no.

Whether you want a super delicate classic line or something closer to Amy Winehouse style eyeliner, the price is the same. What matters to me is that we create something YOU actually love and feel comfortable wearing.

There is one thing to consider with a bolder look. The more pigment we implant and the thicker and more saturated the design, the longer you can expect some of that pigment and shape to remain visible in the skin.

This picture was taken by one of my dearest friends, Diana Diana Di Iakovleva — and I really, really love this photoshoot.

It is exactly how I see myself: in a long, wavy dress, with wavy pink hair, smiling somewhere during the golden hour. 💗

This photoshoot has followed me further than I realized. When I was thinking about my new tattoo, I sent pictures from this shoot to my tattoo artist. He is currently in his pink era and works exclusively with pink, which obviously made me want to work with him even more. I wanted him to understand that pink isn’t just a color I happen to like. It has become part of my business, part of how people recognize me and part of my identity. Pink has changed my life in a surprisingly significant way. So I asked him for a Pinkie Pie tattoo.

And now, if you swipe to see the tattoo, I am pretty sure that my Pinkie Pie was at least partially inspired by these pictures. The long, wavy pink hair, the movement, the whole feeling of it - I can almost see this version of myself mirrored in her. Or maybe I’m imagining it because I want to see it. 😂

This was a more challenging lip blush case. Her natural lip color had a cooler, almost grayish tone, so choosing the right color and technique was especially important.

You can also see some darker spots in the “right after” photo. Those are small areas of bruising that can sometimes happen during a lip blush procedure, especially with more sensitive lips. They’re temporary and typically fade as the lips recover.

So if you bruise easily, maybe don’t plan your fanciest dinner for immediately after your appointment 😅

And then look at the healed result. I absolutely love this one.

We brought back a beautiful, natural-looking color, gave the borders more definition, and made the overall shape look fuller and more balanced without making the lips look overdone.

This picture was taken in Bilbao, in the north of Spain. I went there for two very specific reasons: to visit the Guggenheim Museum and to run the famous annual Bilbao Night Marathon.

The museum part of my adventure went beautifully. I saw everything I wanted to see, fulfilled the plan, checked the box. ✅

The race… not quite. 😂

Everything was in Spanish, and apparently I did not understand one rather important detail: there were several races happening at the same time — 10K, half-marathon 24K race, and the full marathon - and parts of their routes overlapped in the very center if the city.

I was there for the half marathon race. I started running, everything was going according to plan, and at some point the course split into several directions. I saw the sign I thought I needed, took that route, and kept going, completely convinced I was still running my race.

And then somebody handed me a medal.

I remember thinking: wait… WHY AM I DONE? 😂

Turns out I had somehow taken the 10K exit and accidentally finished a completely different race.

The funniest or maybe discouraging part was that the medals for the different distances looked identical - same size, same color, same design. So I came home with my perfectly legitimate Bilbao Night Marathon medal… just without actually running the distance I originally came there to run.

Which is probably a decent metaphor for life: sometimes you have a very specific plan, miss one sign, take the wrong exit, and still somehow end up with a medal. 😂
