Here’s what to expect after a light HALO treatment

Day 0-1:
When you leave the clinic your skin feels warm and tight—like a sunburn. Please bring a neck fan if you have one! It make all the difference! You will feel hot for up to 6 hours. You’ll look flushed, but still totally ok work-from-home days.

**Day 2–3:**
Mild swelling (take benadryl if your are prone to swelling night of treatment and ongoing if needed)and “coffee-ground” texture appears as the MENDs (microscopic epidermal necrotic debris) form. Skin feels a bit dry, so hydration is key! You will receive a recovery kit with cleanser moisturizer and spf

**Day 4–5:**
MENDs naturally will start to flake away, revealing that fresh, glassy glow underneath. I will sample you on Jan Marinis Skinzyme which will also encourage the remaining MENDS to dissolve. You can wear mineral makeup if needed.

**Day 6–7:**
Your skin looks brighter, smoother, and radiant—the signature HALO glow has arrived

Below I have laid out what your journey is to look like for the week of healing.

Day 0: The Glow-Up Begins
Feels warm—like a sunburn.
Redness + tightness are normal.
Dark spots start to rise to the surface.
Cool compresses, gentle cleanser, moisturizer, SPF 30+. No heat, sweat, or actives for 48 hrs.

Days 1–2: Pigment Party
Freckles + sun spots darken (“coffee-ground” look).
Mild dryness or roughness. Hydrate with Dermal Repair+ pad to protect.
Mineral makeup okay if desired—just no scrubbing!

Days 3–5: The Sandpaper Stage
Skin feels textured as old pigment lifts off. Don’t pick—it will naturally flake away.
Redness fading; tone starting to even out.
Keep moisturizing with Sente Dermal Repair while using SPF daily.

Skin should start looking Smooth, calm, bright.
Most pigment lifted. Residual pinkness softens daily.
Resume vitamin c or antioxidants+ growth factors TNS or Plated

How can I add growth factors or Exosomes into my treatment plan?
Micropenning with Anteage or Anteage MD with Exosomes.
Micropenning with Anteage you will receive a 5 day skin care kit with additional growth factors brightners and accelerators.
When Micropenning with Anteage MD with exosomes there is no need for the kit for the exosomes are designed to send messages in the skin and stay in the skin longer for a growth factor will drop the message and dip.
What is a growth factor?
Growth factors are proteins that send direct instructions to skin cells to repair and rejuvenate. But they can be fragile and need a good delivery method to get deep into the skin.
What are Exosomes?
Exosomes are tiny messenger bubbles naturally made by cells. They carry cargo like growth factors and help cells talk to each other more efficiently.
