What a night. ❤️

This past Saturday, we gathered for A Night United, our invite-only gratitude gala, to celebrate the people who make the work of United Way Central Washington possible.

We had the privilege of thanking some of our most generous individual and corporate donors, celebrating remarkable volunteers and community partners, and officially kicking off our 2026–2027 campaign. And together, you helped us raise just under $78,000!

We simply could not do this work without the generosity, partnership, and belief of our community. We are endlessly grateful to everyone who continues to show up for our communities and for one another.

A very special thank you to our event sponsors:
• Legends Casino Hotel
• Pacific Power
• The Blaine and Preciosa Tamaki Foundation
• Yakima Valley Community Foundation

And to our in-kind sponsors:
• Yakima Steak Company
• Inklings Bookshop
• Tavolo Shoppe
• BigSky Bodywork

We are also incredibly grateful to The Lion Chef for the fantastic food, Varietal B**r Company for helping keep the celebration flowing, and 4th Street Theatre for providing such a beautiful space for the evening.

And one more partnership deserves a thank you right now: our new campaign video! Keep an eye out for it this week. It is an incredible collaboration between United Way Central Washington and YV-Tech, and we owe a huge thank you to Mr. Ryan Broom and his incredibly talented students in the morning and afternoon Entertainment Media Production classes. We are genuinely in awe of what you created. Thank you for sharing your talents with us!

And this is just the beginning. 👀

Keep an eye on our page this week for photos from A Night United and the full announcement of our 2026 award winners.

To everyone who helped make this night possible: thank you! We are, as always, stronger together. ❤️
