Refund update

We have completed the calculation of all customer refunds.

We have been contacting everyone who is eligible for a refund to ask whether you would prefer to pick up your check at our office or have it mailed to you. Unfortunately, we have been unable to reach a few customers because their voicemail mailbox is full. For everyone else, we have left a message asking that you return our call.

Please call us at (865) 868-0471 to verify your mailing address or to let us know if you would like to pick up your refund.

If you have not been contacted and believe you should have received a refund, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make sure we haven’t missed anyone.

Just to give everyone a update. The refunds should be issued next week. My office staff will be contacting you to make sure of mailing address for where the checks will be mailed to.
