Meet the newest faces of Much Kneaded Bodywork 🌿
Danielle + Tenlie are joining MKB with one big purpose: to support the experience behind the scenes.
Their job is to make sure our therapists are prepared for their day ahead, keep the practice flowing seamlessly between clients, and prep everything so it’s ready to do it all again the next day.
They’ll also be tending our ✨ Mindfulness Retreat ✨ which will open up more availability, making it even easier to step away from everything and disappear for a while. 🌿
The more MKB grows, the more important it is that the experience grows with it. We’re SO excited to have these two helping us do exactly that. 🤍

ONE YEAR with Lexi 🫶🏼✨
We’re a few days late celebrating Lexi’s official MKB anniversary (August 13th), but after some Much Kneaded time off, she’s back! We had her one-year review today so it feels like the perfect moment to reflect on an incredible year:
💛 In the last year, we’ve gotten to watch Lexi grow into an even more confident, highly skilled massage therapist. She’s highly requested, retains her clients with ease, and continues to deepen her understanding of the body to bring more intention and depth to her work. She also completed Craniosacral Therapy training shortly after coming into MKB, and it’s become an area she’s especially excited to continue exploring and building on.
✨And she’s only getting started! She’s about to begin another continuing education course to further expand her skills.
More on that soon. 😉
🔥 Her role at MKB has also evolved beyond the treatment room. Lexi has played a key part in shaping Flow into what it is today (which, behind the scenes, has become its own little beast 😂). As her massage schedule continues to grow, Flow is now stepping in to support her more as well.
We’re so grateful for everything Lexi has brought to MKB, proud of how far she’s come, and excited for what year 2 will bring. Something tells us it’s only getting better from here. 🫶🏼

Summer flew by, and between vacations, continuing education, seeing all of you, and a lot of growth…
MKB got even busier🫶🏼✨
Our therapists’ schedules are booking further in advance, so if you like staying consistent with your favorite bodyworker, now is a great time to plan ahead!📆
And we’re growing right alongside the demand:
Jaycee spent her summer learning, completing continuing education, and training with our experienced therapists. Watching her grow her intuitive sessions and become a thoughtful therapist has been so cool, we’re incredibly proud of her!
Behind the scenes, we’ve officially expanded Flow. This has always been a paid job at the practice, but as our therapists’ schedules have filled further out, it’s become clear their time is best spent where it matters most: on the table with YOU💫
NOT on behind-the-scenes tasks like laundry, room turnover, phones, or daily operations😉
So now…. instead of stretching our therapists too thin, we’ve brought on a dedicated Flow team (2 amazing people, for now!) to handle those moving parts and keep everything running smoothly. This allows our therapists to stay fully in their zone of care, presence, and skill… taking really good care of you🥰
This next season of MKB feels big. Our team is strong, our schedules are full, and we’re continuing to build a practice that supports the people who work here just as intentionally as they support our clients.
And apparently, expansion around here never really ends😂⬇️
