I have the best time bringing a little relaxation and bodywork to the amazing teachers and staff at Center for Academic Success SV and Huachuca City School. These people spend their days taking care of everyone else, so getting to give them a chance to pause, breathe, and let their shoulders relax is pretty special. And for some of them, it's the only time they have for selfcare.

And now, I’d love to give our community a way to help make more of those sessions possible.

A $20 donation covers the cost of one teachers session!

You can donate $20 to cover one session, $40 for two, or whatever amount feels right to you. Every little bit helps put some much needed care back into the hands of the people caring for our kids.

“Don’t judge a book by its cover.”

Cool. Love that. But somehow we also grew up with a rulebook about making sure our appearance was acceptable.

Keep your car clean because it’s a reflection of who you are. Don’t get tattoos, it’s not professional.
Don’t wear that, it’s not flattering. That color is too bright. Your hair is too wild. Maybe tone it down a little. Try to fit in. You’ll be taken more seriously.

And then we’re surprised when people grow up thinking their appearance is somehow a reflection of their worth.

It’s a little weird when you stop and think about it. Your car can be filthy and you can still be a wonderful human. You can have tattoos and be great at your job. You can wear something bright enough to be spotted from space and still have excellent character. You can have purple hair, a shaved head, piercings, wrinkles, scars, stretch marks, cellulite, gray hair, wild hair, no hair, or whatever the hell else makes you feel like yourself.

Your body is not a resume. Your appearance is not a moral report card. Your worth doesn't increase because you've successfully convinced everyone around you that you're “presentable.”

Maybe we can stop spending so much energy trying to make ourselves acceptable and start spending a little more learning how to feel comfortable being ourselves.

That's something I think about a lot in my massage room. Bodies aren't projects that need to be fixed before they're worthy of care. They show up tired. Achy. Strong. Soft. Scarred. Tattooed. Stretch-marked. Sweaty. Hairy. Wrinkled. Beautiful. Human. And they're all welcome here. No judging required. ❤️

-Stretch (and make it fun!)

Well…my schedule has been filling up, and I’m incredibly grateful for it. But with a fuller schedule comes a little more juggling behind the scenes, so I’m making a small change to my booking system starting in January 2027.

From then on, online booking will be available for existing clients only.

If you’re a new client wanting to come see me, don’t worry, I’m not putting up a “No New People Allowed” sign. 😂 You’ll simply need to reach out to me directly to schedule your first appointment.

This gives me a chance to personally connect with new clients, figure out what you’re looking for, and find a time that works with my increasingly full schedule.

For my existing clients, nothing changes. You’ll still have access to online booking and can book your appointments like you normally do.

Honestly, this is a pretty great problem to have. When I started this, I had no idea I’d eventually be sitting here trying to figure out how to fit everyone into my calendar. I’m so grateful for every person who has trusted me with their body, referred a friend, shared a post, or simply cheered me on.

So, starting January 2027:

Existing clients → book online as usual

New clients → send me a message, text, or reach out through my website

Me → trying to convince my calendar that it has room for one more person 😂
